Since graduating from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Frank has enjoyed success as a Senior Sales and Corporate Executive for Cendant, Qwest, Hallmark and currently Entertainment/InterActiveCorp (IAC). Frank's more than 22 years of corporate experience is beneficial to directing his business leadership role for The Roffers Group.

Jacob Smith has been working in the Twin Cities real estate market for over nine years. In the fall of 2006, Sotheby’s International Realty opened in Edina, Minnesota with Smith playing an instrumental role in establishing the franchise in Minnesota. As Managing Broker of Sotheby’s, he works with buyers and sellers and oversees the operation of Lakes Sothebys International Realty, the premier luxury brokerage in the Twin Cities. Jacob is a licensed Broker in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Prior to Sotheby’s, Smith was the Associate Sales Manager and an Agent with Edina Realty for 7 years.
Jacob, wife Megan and son Louis live in Edina. Jacob enjoys studying architecture and home design, golfing, snowboarding, waterskiing, antiques, and woodworking. He also spent time studying abroad in Vãxjõ, Sweden at Växjö University. He graduated from the University of Minnesota – Duluth with a double major in Marketing and Communications. Jacob has a mini MBA in Real Estate from St. Thomas University and in 2006 received his certification in Integrity Coaching for Sales Professionals.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she moved to the Twin Cities.
